"I’m not sure about you, but each time I found myself standing in the yoghurt isle, I was always undecided on what brand to buy..."
A while back I got to spend the day with Nutriday. We went on a tour of their factory and got to see how their yoghurt is made. From start to end I was fascinated and excited about many things, from the Danone SA company culture, and how they run the business, to the cleanliness of the factory), meeting the people behind the brand and getting to experience how passionate and excited their staff are.
They’ve added Zinc to their yoghurt, they’ve changed their packaging, and have a new message that will captivate you in just 30 seconds.
For Nutriday, it’s about health and nutrition that powers strong minds, strong eyes, strong bones, strong energy & a strong heart - A Nutriday mantra we will all soon be reciting.
I’m not sure about you, but each time I found myself standing in the yoghurt isle, I was always undecided on what brand to buy, well now i have been transformed, and will no longer need to decide what yoghurt my family will buy when we’re in the supermarkets. The answer will always be the same. Nutriday!
Most parents know that children need vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. But knowing exactly what nutrients and how much they need of each is not always easy.
Let’s look at a few key vitamins and what they do:
Vitamin A is important for healthy skin and normal growth, and it also helps vision and tissue repair. Vitamin A can be found in rich quantities in yellow and orange vegetables, dairy products, and liver.
Vitamin B helps the body produce red blood cells and assists in metabolic activities. Vitamin B is found in meat, poultry, fish, soy, milk, eggs, whole grains, and enriched breads and cereals.
Vitamin D helps the body form and maintain strong teeth and bones and assists with the absorption of minerals such as calcium. Vitamin D is found in fortified dairy products and in fish oils. Adequate exposure to sunlight is also a way to get enough vitamin D. Sunlight stimulates the vitamin, which naturally occurs in the skin, to become active in the body.
Vitamin E is an important vitamin that also acts as a powerful antioxidant, which helps to protect cells against damage caused by free radicals. It is thought that these free radicals may cause cancer, heart disease, and cataracts.
Zinc is vital for the normal growth and development of the reproductive organs and brain and plays a role in the normal functioning of the immune system and many other processes in the body. Recently, zinc deficiency has been linked to decreased growth, increased colds and infections, impaired memory, learning disabilities, and poor attention span.
This is where Nutriday has taken the worry out of making sure our families get the right nutrition. Nutriday’s yoghurts contain added vitamins for stronger energy and metal vitality. This is why I chose Nutriday.
