Over the weekend, we took up the challenge and baked the most delicious Snap Cookies made using Silan Date Syrup. We took a recipe Milly had passed down through the family and adjusted it slightly. The result? The most delicious, chewy snap cookies. The first batch was gone before I even had time to snap some pics. They are that good!
Give them a try and let us know what you think. I guarantee you will be mixing up a second batch, before you can say “These Silan date cookies are delicious”
